Who would molest a girl with mental disabilities? Who would molest anybody in the first place? Who the would do this to somebody so nice? So carefree? So loved? This is not fair. He should go to jail forever.

nooo not the molester i hardly know him:P But he and her family were like best friends. Her dad and him were supposed to go to LA together this week.

Depending on the circumstances I think that certain 'frowned upon' relationships are exceptions to the rule. But when it comes to someone with mental disabilities, at least obvious or easy to notice ones, I think that people should back off until/unless that person has reached a certain point of maturity and understanding to be able to make decisions regarding stuff of that nature.
I don't know the circumstances of what happened, but to take advantage of someone in a permanent compromised state of mind is just wrong, even if the 'victim' is of drinking age.
