If you're having an issue with an IPS product or a third party add-on, I may be able to help.
Support is offered on a case by case basis. Refunds for failure to properly support an issue is also handled on a case by case basis.
<i>For issues where I know I will not be able to provide support, refunds will usually be issued.</i>
This service entitles you to support for one issue. If multiple issues are reported, another invoice may be generated that must be paid before the other issues will be addressed.
After your one issue has been used, I will expire the purchase.
