Quackster Posted July 28, 2007 Report Share Posted July 28, 2007 Well, you may or may not have heard about the floods over here...It just so happens that my town didn't get affected, but I saw the local newspaper and decided to have a read, and all the citys near me are being closed because of flooding...We haven't had any so far, but I hope no water comes in from the cities. eva Posted August 2, 2007 Report Share Posted August 2, 2007 (edited) if you care about floods, watch when the levees broke. it's about katrina. it's pretty long, but it's good. i think the scariest thing is how screwed over the people got by their insurance companies. most of the really bad damage was due to flooding from the levees, not the actual hurricane.
